Outdoor Restaurant Dining During COVID-19

Due to Covid-19, we have been busy helping restaurants move their dining rooms to the outdoors, oftentimes in their parking lot! While this is a new scenario for many restaurant owners, we actually have years of experience helping extend dining rooms during the winter months. Here are our best tips and items if you need guidance for creating patio dining.
Tenting
Tents are the best way to create a defined and chic space for outdoor dining. They provide shade on hot days, and can keep guests warm on cool nights with the use of sidewall (we recommend sidewall on one or two sides to still allow for air flow). Dress up the tent with leg drapes and lighting and you will “wow” your patrons.
Lighting
A simple tent is turned into a dining room with a few chandeliers. We install our chandeliers with a dimmer switch so you can set the mood as the sun sets. String lights are another easy and stylish way to provide light.
